Tameka N. Woodbridge - Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday at the F.D. Mason Memorial Funeral Home Inc. for Tameka Nicole Woodbridge, 31, who was granted her angel wings on July 17, 2016, in Phoenix, Arizona. Tameka was born on February 15, 1985, to Marlene Sharese Woodbridge in Youngstown, Ohio. Tameka furthered her education at Life Skills in Youngstown, Ohio and became a 2005 graduate of Chaney High School. She also attended Choffin Career Center for Early Childhood Education. She was an awesome danceline team member and a good student and friend to all of her school peers. Tameka worked as a customer service representative at an establishment in Phoenix, Arizona. She had many other achievements over the years, just to name a few, most improved student at Life Skills in Youngstown, Ohio. Through the years, she worked with and helped support those who needed a helping hand, especially children. Tameka loved children immensely. Any child that she encountered she quickly fell in love with and adopted them into the family indefinitely. Tameka leaves a dedicated mother, Marlene Sharese Woodbridge of Youngstown; sisters Ebony Woodbridge of Cleveland, Tiara Woodbridge of Atlanta, and Sharese Woodbridge of Youngstown; aunts; Kadijah Smith, of Delaware, Janel Woodbridge of Youngstown, Ohio, Jessica (John) Carter of Youngstown Ohio, Kimberly (Walter) Love-Thompson of Tampa, Florida, Pamela Benson of Akron, Ohio, and Eloise Benson of Tampa, Florida. Uncles; Bruce Woodbridge of Akron, Ohio, Travis Woodbridge of Xenia, Ohio, Marcus (Wendy) Woodbridge of Xenia, Ohio, and Herman Benson of Youngstown, Ohio. First cousins; Bruce Woodbridge Jr., Cameron Woodbridge, Courtney Woodbridge, Kiara Woodbridge, Alisha Woodbridge, and Aaliyah Woodbridge, Pal Woodbridge, Jacory Woodbridge, Janiece Woodbridge, Jaylen Williams, Craig Washington, Jonae Carter, Averil Woodbridge, Aniya Woodbridge, Darnell Dawson Jr., Nadia Thompson, Myzell Thompson, Rakeem Thompson, Vaneasa Martinez, Jakia Benson, JaVonda Benson, Freeman Bankston, Diaja Benson, ReaVon McClendon, Peyton McClendon, and Lafray Benson, Malik Benson, and Tamia Benson. Also a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives, family members and friends. Tameka was preceded in death by Patsy Benson, grandmother, Maurice Bridges, grandfather, Gloria Bridges, grandmother, and Raymond North Jr., stepfather. Friends may call Saturday from 3:00 p.m. To 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
