Roland Lane

Roland Lane- Memorial services will be held at 12 noon, on Sataurday November 12, 2016, at the Christ Centered Church, 3300 Hudson Ave., for Mr. Roland Lane, 77, who departed this life on October 26, 2016, at St. Elizabeth Health Center.

Mr. Lane was born December 12, 1938, in Campbell, a son of William and Florine Ward Lane. He was a counselor for Ohio Bureau of Employment Services for 25, retiring in 1997. He was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church and was a graduate of Youngstown State University in 1985, Majoring in Sociology and Anthropology. 

He leaves his companion Pauline S. Wilkins; children; Deneen Lane of Warren, Terrance M. Lane and Tyler M. Lane, all of Youngstown, Faye Roberts of Austintown, and Janellen A. Lane of Columbus; sister  Wilda N. Lane of Austintown; 9 grandchildren; and on e Great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Raylen M. Lane; 3 brothers, Edward, Russell, and Willie J. Lane; and a sister, Gwendolyn Lane.
