Ms. Jones was born April 12, 1967, in Youngstown, a daughter of William E. and Ethel M. Singletary Jones. She was a secretary for Youngstown Water Department, a member of St. James AME church and it's choir and usher board. She leaves her mother, and brother Jerome (Michelle) Jones.
She was preceded in death by her father.
