Leroy Mims Jr.- Funeral services will be 12 noon Friday February 12, 2016 for Mr. Leroy Mims Jr., 69, Youngstown, who departed this life on Monday February 8, 2016 in Metro Medical Center, Cleveland. Mr. Mims was born January 6, 1947 in Pittsburgh. PA., a son of Leroy Sr. and Mary B. Mullins Mims. He worked for Westinghouse for over 30 years. He leaves 5 daughters: Rhonda Mims, Regina Anderson, Rochelle Mims, Ramona Mims, and Roslynn Thomas. a brother; Lloyd Mims, a sister Anita Melton, and 3 grandsons.  He is preceded in death by his parents, 3 sisters; Irene Dothard Mims, twins; Joan and Joann Mims.
