Kimberly Helms-Funeral services will be held at 3 p. m. Friday April 29, 2016, at the F. D. Mason Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., for Ms Kimberly Helms, 50, who departed this life Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at her residence. Ms. Helms was born June 6, 1950, in Youngstown, a daughter of Leon Patterson and Norma J. Helms. She earned two Bacherlor's Degrees in Social work from Youngstown State University. She leaves her mother, children, Thomas (Tiffany) Helms Taran and Tyray Helms; siblings; Anthony (Mia) Helms, Valerie, Stephen, Ronnie, and Rosland Helms, and Phillip Shavers; 2 step-sisters, Lynn and Tanya Patterson; fiance, Sam Gibson; and 4 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, a brother,richard Helms and grandmother Louise Parkman. Friends may call from 2 pm to 3pm at the funeral home.
