Mr. Fountain was born December 26, 2001 in Youngstown,Ohio, the son of LA'Rita Whatley and Damon A.Fountain.

Jahbazz attended online academics also the urban school for scholars Jahbazz loved producing his own music & lyrics while running his graphic design business(trapping off art) as well as spending time with his lady close relatives and friends

Jahbazz leaves to cherish his memories his mother, LA'Rita; his sister Destiny(Austin)Whatley; his brother, Said Rakilam; his grandfather Henry (Cheryl)Whatley; his grandmother, Loretta Whatley; his uncle, Leon Whatley; a nephew, Sy'er Rakilam; two nieces, Sy'ona and Sy'era Rakilam; his Godmother and brother, Rahkiya Stokes and Kevon Weaver; his best friend, Dequandrey Duffy and companion Kennasia Moncrief and a host of family

He was preceded in death by our great ancestors as well as big cousins, Brandon Liggens, Charles Foster and grandmother, Mary Fountain.

In accordance to the family wishes, a memorial service will be held at a later date to celebrate his life.
