Harold L Parker

Harold L. Parker-Funeral services will be held on Thursday (today) May 11, 2017 @ 12 noon @ the  F.D. Mason Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., for Mr. Harold L. Parker, 81, who passed away on Sunday May 7, 2017 at Washington Square Health Care Center in Warren, Ohio.
 Harold was born July 3, 1935 in Gould Arkansas, a son of Austin J. and Essie B. Moore Parker. He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving 3 terms in the Vietnam War. He also worked as a security guard for BJ Alan fireworks and the Civil Service. Harold was a member of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church. He will be remembered for his great singing voice and playing the guitar for many groups in the Kentucky and Youngstown area.
He leaves to cherish his precious memory his companion and care giver Edna Pettegrew, daughter; Ruthie Sisson of Chicago, IL., a grandson, 3 sisters; Elizabeth (Lonnie) Perkins of Houston, TX., Nancy Duncan of Howardville, Missouri, and Rita Lumsden of Youngstown, OH., and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. 
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers; Floyd, James, Solomon, McGlother, and Rev. Lesley Parker, sisters; Earlene, Arlene Jewel, Earnestine, and Estella. Friends may call from 11 am to 12 noon at the funeral home
