Glennie Lee Hugley

Glennie L. Hugley- A funeral service will be held at 12 Noon on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at Second Baptist Church, 1510 Main Ave. SW, Warren, for Mr. Glennie L. Hugley, 83, who departed this life on Monday, September 10, 2018 at his residence.

Mr. Hugley was born August 25, 1935 in Opelika, Alabama, a son of Bobbie L. and Josie L. Spencer Hugley.

He was a steelworker for Copperweld, retiring after 43 years.

He was a member of the church, the Elks Lodge, Key Club, Mosswoods Club, 3 Deuces and the Joe Brown Bar.He enjoyed word puzzles, gardening, watching westerns and cartoons and was an Army veteran.

He leaves his wife, the former Helene Sanford Hugley; children, June Hugley-Gray, Kirk ,Charles, Timothy (Tamara) and Glenda Hugley ; siblings, Robert,Julius, Rosie Hugley and Alfreda Hugley-Johnson; a special niece, Barbara Hugley; 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a grandchild and six siblings.

Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. to 12 Noon Wednesday, September 19 at the church.
