Ernest K. "Big E" Cottle Sr- Euneral service will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 12, at the F. D. Mason Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., for Mr. Ernest K. "Big E" Cottle, Sr., 58, Youngstown who departed this life on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at his residence.

Mr. Cottle  was born February 21, 1960, in Youngstown, a son of James and Lillian Jordan Cottle.

He was an East High graduate, a  laborer for Steel Door and an entrepreneur for gas station, car wash and corner store.

He leaves his children, Belinda Banks Profancik, Gerald K. Banks, Kandice E. (Marcus) Morgan, Ernest K. Cottle II and Tina Sherene; siblings, Joanne Cottle, James McDuffie, Brenda Heath, Gayle Hubbert, James Cottle III, Anner Holland, George Cottle, Emmette and Colette Williams; 17 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren;  a Godmother Mrs. Genny F. Mason and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, the former Barbara "Sue" Profancik, whom he married July 3 1981, died February 13, 2018; sister, Flossie McDonald and a granddaughter, Tracee Banks.
