Delores Mitchell

 Ms. Delores Mitchell 75,  Youngstown,  departed this life on Monday, February 6, 2023 at Mercy Health St. Elizabeth Hospital.

Ms. Mitchell was born January 12, 1958 in Tifton, Georgia. 

She attended Hardin Business College and Youngstown State University, where she received an associates degree in business management.

She worked as a bus driver for CCS Trans for many years and later started child care for her grandchildren.

She enjoyed crafting shows and had a vendor table at Four Seasons Flea Market for many years, she loved to travel and most importantly spending time with your family.  

She leaves to cherish her memories, her three daughters, Tina Underwood, Denise Mitchell and Tierney Mitchell; seven grandchildren, Joseph, Tramaine, Javon, Braneisha, Zanise and Ava; 16 great-grandchildren; her niece and nephew, Darlene and Oscar Fleming and the host of other family and friends. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents; her sister, Lily, Fleming; a grandson, Justin Underwood and a great-grand newborn. 

Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at F.D. Mason Memorial Funeral Home where services will follow promptly at 12:00 p.m.
