Mrs. Fussell was born March 14, 1953, in Youngstown, a daughter of Andrew Holt and Annie Marie Wallace. She was owner/operator of Joann Health Care Nursing Service. She leaves her children; Joe Holt, Lawrence Hall, Raymond, Stephen Sr., Tiffany, Tika, and Tiasia Patterson, siblings: Alvin Wallace, Kenneth Holt, and Ardessa Martin, 15 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents. Friends may call from 11 am to 12 noon Friday at the funeral home.
